The evening before we flew off to Sweden, Husband and I had a date. For the first time ,since baby was born, we went on a proper date. Meaning Astrid was awake when we took the tube at 6pm to go to Soho and have dinner at La Bodega Negra and then cocktails at Kettners. We have been on dates before but Astrid has always been sound asleep when we have left her with Shirin. We had such a good time, felt like before, when we were younger and would go out more often, when we lived closer to Central London than what we do now. I had a few too many cocktails but I wasn't drunk. At the table next to us singer Paloma Faith had dinner with a friend. The date was perfect :-)
