On Tuesday, Astrid and I ventured out, outside of our comfort zones, into town. Central London :-S We took the bus to the nearest station with escalators, changed in Stratford to Jubilee line to get off in Bond Street where they also have escalators. To rely on help from people on the tube is so stressful so I have taken control of it and found a route that works for us, where I don't need to ask for help, but it takes longer. Got to keep up being me and the me I want to be is not restricted by other people and does whatever I want to do ;-) 

We met up with Shirin in Bond street walked to Primark in Marble Arch, did some shopping, had a Starbucks and went home again. Good but exhausting day. Astrid is also going through separation anxiety and teething (waiting for the 7th tooth to pop out).
