Astrid woke up at 7 this morning which was fine as I had to get up at 8am and go to the doctors for 9. The doctor referred me to physio so now all I can do is to wait fir the appointment to come through the post :-) I have pains in my body after the birth of Astrid, nothing too serious it just needs fixing :-)
