Datenight at the Zoo
Friday night was date night and I wanted to try something new. I had read about Zoolates on a blog and booked us some tickets when I was in Stockholm. Lucky I did as all tickets for this year have now sold out!
The first thing we did was to get a drink, passionfruit cider by Rekordelig Cider, it was yummy!
Then went for a walk around to check out the animals and the different food stalls
After looking at all the choice, Italian, Indian, Mexican etc, we settled for Turkish. I had a spinach and feta cheese wrap and it hit all the right spots.
After dinner and this very flattering picture, it was time for facpainting. I had never had my face painted and Friday was the day to find my inner child ;-)
I went for the Pink Leopard look just incase you cant tell.
Husband decided that he was still hungry and went for a controvertial hot dog called "Clintons love child" #foodporn
Last picture, below, before walking to the tube station through Regents Park. It was a very romantic and fun date and would definitely do it again next year.
