Good Morning!!!

it is a beautiful morning in London today, blue skies and sun, sun, sun!! Think I'll spend most of the day in the garden today!! Yesterday we had Helena and George over for dinner and  we sat in the garden till about 9.30pm!! Haven't happened since we moved in... It was lovely and really felt and smelt like summer, like Helena said :-)

For the last few months I've realised I am very interested in non-English speaking films or films who are directed by not so obvious directors. I can't call them foreign films as I myself is a foreigner in this country. I really like Swedish films for the obvious reason but also Spanish speaking an anything that is romantic. I loved Vicky Christina Barcelona and La vie en rose. I bought the full Greta Garbo collection the other day

cupcakes

Today started with a bit of a head ache and a small hang over! Got up at around 10am and helped Husband with some gardening, he removed the entire lawn and planted a new one. Then it was off to a mouse hunt on the first floor. As I was sitting on the toilet I saw a nose stick through the crack between the floor and the door and I thought That's not Dodger's nose. When I opened the door the mouse( a big one) ran into the small bedroom and I called Husband in the garden and he and Dodger took care...

Last night we went out to celebrate Maja's birthday, to a place called Hootenany's in Brixton, Maja's request :-) Looked dodgy when we got there and it was a bit dodgy when we left 6 hours later ;-) It was an experience and I doubt we will ever go back, maybe Maja will actually :-D

yesterday I had no inspiration to blog but I did still take a few pictures so can show you the look of the day.  I went to the dentist to have a filling done and she made half of my face numb with the injection, even my eye was numb!! And then I went to the gym so nothing exciting during the day

I had the absolute worse bloody day at Westfield's today!!! Went there like I said earlier, to help Husband's brother in law find a present for his wife.  Went to Paperchase first to buy some cards and envelopes, have a few birthdays and anniversaries this month and thought I'll go to Starbucks for a nice coffee and to write my cards. When I am about to pay at Paperchase I realise that everything in my bag is soaked and sticky!!! Somehow my money saving juice from home has opened and leaked into...

Weather!!!!!

What is going on with the weather? I'm sitting in my house and I am cold!!! It is May and it should be nice, blue skies and sunny. We are supposed to be sitting in the garden enjoying a glass of Pimm's ( maybe not before Noon) with my Dior shades on posing like mad :-) Instead I am cold, my feet are cold and my hands are cold! I want to go somewhere warm ad not come back until it is warm, hot even!!! Enough moaning, going to brows the web and window shop instead. I shall report my findings later...

I cannot believe I am up and out of bed already! The joys of being mummy for the day ;-) Daddy for the day is in bed, lucky bastard :-) Kids have had breakfast and are now watching T.V, The boy is waiting for Husband to get out of bed so he can play the three games of football on Playstation I promised him last night, just needed they ,at 22pm, to go to bed ;-) We didn't last much longer, went to bed at 23 and fell asleep straight away :-) beginner parents huh? :-)

Yesterday at We...

I was soo tired yesterday that after spending the whole day at Westfield's shopping centre, I made dinner and we both went to bed at 7pm!!! Husband fell asleep almost at once, me I just watched some T.V and relaxed and finally fell asleep at 1am... The reason I went sll the way to Westfield's was to buy Alma the newest nail varnish from Chanel called Nouvelle Vague. I also got myself one of the pother ones they released yesterday, called Riviera and is hot pink :-)

Anniversary

Today has been a sad day and a happy day. It is 10 years since Husbands father past away and it is also 10 years since sister in law got married. So in the afternoon I met up with her and the kids and went to the cemetery

Hey hey,
I got up at 11am this morning and got ready to take the tube to go to Knightsbridge to see my Step brother for Starbucks and to pick up the nail varnish he got me the other day
so when I have finished uploading today's pictures I shall have a pedicure and fix my nails. Do you realise I have this nail varnish before everyone else?!? It's only released on Friday...

Hello,
I know I have been bad at updating my blog but have felt the last two days that I have had nothing to say..  haven't done anything. Spent al day indoors yesterday, was supposed to clean the house but that didn't happen, just wanted Husband to come back from holiday and he did!! at 4 this morning and then he left again at 7am to go to a race, his first this season, car was finally ready. So today I'll cook him a nice roast chicken with sweet potatoes. He should be home for 9 tonight....

tidying

so much for tidying the house :-) haven't moved my ass from the chair and the computer since I sat down at 1 o'clock :-) and now I'm too lazy I think to start, naughty me!! I realised yesterday that all that rain that came down has managed to drip through our ceiling and down to the first floor, so now the carpet really has to go. This house is cursed I think. Hmmmm, I wonder by who??? ;-) Going to make some coffee and I might turn the T.V on as well. Will do a little bit of tidying later, cant ...
