2012 was all about finding myself again, after having a baby, fashion-wise. What I thought I could wear forever isn't quiet possible once the baby is crawling and walking, noone wants to see that! If you know what I mean. So the shoes became shorter and the skirts became longer, or like I call it Mummy-proofing the walk in...

Yesterday I went to Grind Coffee in Stratford as I had a day off from mamma-duties. It's one of my favourite cafes, but it is quiet difficult to get a table. I was lucky yesterday...
I had a lovely cappuccino whilst catching up with my own mamma :-)

Thursday last week meant heading to East London and Brick Lane with Shirin for breakfast and posing and vintage window-shopping.
The rain ruined the day a little bit but we still had fun. Also found fabulous vintage shops on Cheshire Street worth revisiting when I have more time...

My walk-in wardrobe is the second biggest bedroom in the house and is ALWAYS a mess. Husband is afraid to walk in there as he thinks he might get lost :-P It holds all of my worldly and materialistic possessions, including my shoe collection and vintage collection. It does need some love but I dont like DIY so it is perfect in its imperfections ;-)
I have done a post on my wardrobe before but I got bored so here is another one...
Let's start with this lovely vintage Elizabeth Arden poster add. I can't remember exactly where I got it but I love it
I've got Carrie looking after the shoe corner
Some of my vintage finds
The more exclusive shoes are hiding behind the vintage collection
More shoes
The brooches and pins holder which I got when I worked at Harrods
Belts
Clutchbags
Fragrance corner
Art?
Scarfs (ASOS, Vintage and McQueen)and necklaces drawers
The more exclusive jewellery stays in their boxes
My new ASOS bejewelled winter hat
This rail holds all of my blouses, dresses, skirts, jackets, coats, playsuits and jumpsuits. Everything but my vintage stuff
Audrey looks after the entire room, such a big job, but the perfect person for the job
There you go, thats all I own in terms of clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and fashion. Astrid has started to enjoy going in there adn its hard to stop her, but at the moment she is still too little tp play in there without supervision. Soon babygirl, soon :-D

My Walk-In

There is almost always new street art on the wall allocated to graffiti. The wall makes an excellent background for outfit of the day pictures and Astrid loves to pose in front of it :-)
We also went to say hello to the deers and fed the birds by the lake. A perfect day for four girls who are all in various stages in life but all love being outdoors.

I have a lots of pictures for a few posts but will most probably wait until after weekend to update the blog. One reason, Husband is hogging the laptop for work and might have to work the weekend.
Shirin and I went around Brick Lane yesterday and took some pictures. We went window shopping on Cheshire Street, which has lots of interesting vintage shops. Also took some photographs of the street art in the area.
On Wednesday we all went to Alexandra Palace and I have outfit pictures to upload. Something to look forward to eh? ;-)
