Today me and Shirin went to the V&A ( Victoria and Albert museum) for the Grace Kelly exhibition, was very good but a lot smaller than I thought it would be... They have managed to acquire her actual Academy award statue, her Hermes bag and plenty of other amazing things, especially loved the dresses, lots of Christian Dior :-) You are not allowed to take pictures at the exhibition but I managed to squeeze one in anyway. It was a miracle we got to see it in the first place as I had a dentist...
Yesterday I spent a few hours with Alma in the Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's bush. I've emailing myself the pictures of what I bought so it will take a while before it is on the blog so be patient :-)

I am feeling so darn tired today, all I want to do is spend the day in bed! Have to go to the hygienist now, found out yesterday I haven't been for 5 years!! Husband has flown off to Turkey this morning, left at 4.30 am, poor man :-( will be away until late Sunday night. am already missing him, I always sleep funny when Husband is away and I never sleep in the bed as I get paranoid. How did you all sleep last night? We went to bed at 2.30 this morning and got up 40 minutes ago! Am still tired but had laundry to do for Husband who is going to Turkey this week. I am also meeting Alma for coffee at noon in Westfield's and going to the gym, will squeeze a Starbucks with Shirin in as well, busy busy busy!! just got out of bed after a terrible nights sleep. Took me ages to fall asleep and when I finally did, Shirin came home around 1am and made lots of noise heating the chicken in the kitchen. so after a whole morning of cleaning the house and after an hour of Starbucks with Shirin I treated myself to a manicure at the local nail salon in Wanstead, called Envi nails. It does take some time to get used to as I haven't had acrylics for a very long time, but I like it :-) just difficult to type on the laptop ;-)

My leg is finally OK so I went to the gym for a proper hard work out today. Half an hour on the cross trainer( weight loss programme) and then half an hour spinning on the bike and then 20 minutes in the steam room. I feel exhausted!! But I feel that I have done something good as well :-) Husband has allowed me to buy a pair of shoes as a reward, I had no motivation what so ever when I left.
