I think KAren and I have finally found a place sort of in the middle of our two places to meet up once a month. Where we can get a decent latte and where the kids won't get bored out of their minds. Alexandra Palace is about 25 minutes drive from us and 35 minutes from Karen . The proposal
Today, Valentine's Day, is our engagement anniversary. It's 10 years since Husband treated me to a trip to New York, where he had planned to propose to me on Valentine's Day :-) Were 24 years old, turning 25 later in the year and now that I look at the pictures I realise how young we were :-D But we were, and still are, so in love that it just had to be done :-) Moving to London, after meeting Husband in a chatroom on MSN called Romance hahahaha, is the best thing I ever did.

I got us some Madonna tickets on Wednesday :-) She is performing in Hyde Park this summer. If the weather is good, it will be an amazing experience :-) We saw Madonna live at Wembley Stadium a few years ago and she was fantastic, so I am really looking forward to this concert!

Out in the snow
Saturday evening meant the arrival of the first snow in London and the start of chaos all over the country! Lots of traffic accidents, severe tube delays and cancellations of flights from all airports in England! This is not a post which will complain and criticize how things are run here :-) We were meant to be driving to Brighton for a one night family getaway, but that has been postponed. I decided to make the most of the snow (I dislike snow very much!!)

The Livingroom ...
A few weeks ago we were watching Masterchef on tv and Husband decided that we needed to try one of the restaurants featured. Livingroom W1 is on Heddon Street just off Regents Street, a quiet restaurant oasis in the central of London. The food was great, wine even better and the atmosphere fabulous! We felt like we were sitting at home in our own livingroom and didnt want to leave :-) The only thing I would change, or add, is a changing room for babies in the toilets as I had to go upstairs...
