A Week With My Family
My family arrived from Sweden last weekend for Astrid's christening. On Saturday we spent some time in the garden and later Husband did a bbq for dinner.
On Sunday we were busy all day getting ready for Astrid's big day. Monday we all went to Wanstead and spent the whole day there, playing in the playground, buying dinner at the butchers and then having lunch at the George pub...

Celebrated Olivia's second birthday a few weeks early with a fabulous fuit cake from Belgique
Went shopping in Westfield Stratford City
Had lunch at Lamie's Italian
Where they served The world's best olives!!
On Thursday we had a table booked at the Bumpkin for Afternoon tea, where we celebrated a belated Mother's day. It's not a posh as the famous hotels in central London but it was very nice and affordable :-)
Also visited the Olympic Store at John Lewis for a glimpse at the Olympic Park...
My dad left on Tuesday, the rest of the family are leaving tomorrow :-( It was fantastic having them all here, hasn't happened since we got married.
Now going to bed, am feeling tired and need a break, luckily we are travelling to Croatia on Thursday ;-)
