I came a close second in our family dessert competition at mother in laws today. I felt even more inspired to bake a bit more after I put A to bed.

This is what my comoetition contribution looked lije. A classic Swedish kladdkaka, direct translation=gooey cake.

I made two types of cookies but only photographed one of them. These are called Hallongrottor, which means raspberry caves, except I didn't have raspberry jam at home so I used plum instead...
